This famous photo that has been floating around the internet for a while was used for a cover on
a memorial DVD. What my SO noticed is that the person circled seems familiar. Who could this be? Anyone want to guess?
I'll answer that in a later post.
UPDATE:
The picture in question was taken circa 1995 I believe. The person who is circled, well, its me. I recall the photographer taking pictures that day.

This is the reason why most bloggers have to moderate their blogs for comments. Its the one reason why I have moderated my blog, but then I heard from other subbies that I used to be comrades with and they were upset about the moderating of words. Ok, so I let my guard down for 2 microns, and this happens. Do you get it now?

No, couldn't be Barnes, although he was recognized at one point for having a large rumpous. It had to be
a person who was a little less experienced.
Photo was taken July 1999. I was on the boat with that equipment mounted on the bow.
Well, I (STS1 Flores) was gone by May of 1997 and Barnes had been gone long before that. But it was Barnes that came to my mind upon seeing that photo :)
No, that's completely Gehtler. I was the COB on Dolphin then.
